Yarning Along this week with Ginny.
On the needles: Still making a few rows of progress each evening on the Calligraphy Cardigan—Christmas projects are eating up my time.  I am pondering a quick knitting side trip for a last minute Christmas gift—maybe you’ll actually get to see a different knitting project next week!
Off the bookshelf: My turn finally arrived for our library system’s copy of Rhythm of the Family by Amanda and Stephen Soule.  While most of the projects in the book aren’t revolutionary, I’m still savoring the opportunity to read their touching and thought-provoking essays based on each month of the year—it’s like a little extra helping of the blog!  We’ve already made the bird food recipe featured in the book, and our backyard birds are loving it!
